Situated on the beautiful island of Mindoro about 110 kilometers south of Manila, Puerto Galera is far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle of the big city crowds, yet within easy traveling distance from Manila International Airport.
For most visitors staying in Ermita/Malate or Makati the closest bus terminals are the Tritran/Jam Liner or JAC Liner terminals on Taft Ave, corner Buendia (also known as Sen Gil Puyat Ave), Pasay City.
Make sure the destination sign reads 'Batangas Pier via Star Tollway' or similar for the most direct route. The bus fares are around 180 pesos one way.

The boat fare from Batangas to Sabang Pier or Puerto Galera is about 230 pesos. Muelle Pier in Puerto Galera is a second option with either Father and Son Lines or Minolo Shipping Lines (MSL) but this involves another transfer via jeepney or small boat to Action Divers.
If you arrive at Puerto Galera you can hire a banca 400 pesos to take you directly to Action Divers which is located on Small Lalaguna Beach. Or, you can catch a Jeepney (20 pesos) or Trike (100 pesos) to take you to Sabang Pier.
If you arrive at Sabang Pier it is just a 7-10 minute walk along the beach to Action Divers. Action Divers is located in the middle of Small Lalaguna Beach.
